Interventions

The stretching group will stretch while watching a video specified by the researchers at 5:30 pm after the training ends every day during the training period.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)At the time of obtaining consent, the subject must be an employee working for Fujita Corporation and participating in training at the facility. (2)Must be in their 20s to 30s. (3)The subject must have received a full explanation of participation in this study, fully understood the study, and given their own voluntary written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those from whom consent could not be obtained. (2) Those who the principal investigator judges to be inappropriate as research subjects.

(3) Autonomic nerve measurements over time (biosensor my Beat heart rate sensor); HF, LF/HF ratio (4) Saliva collection at fixed points (1.0-1.5mL); Cortisol, Chromogranin A, s-IgA, amylase activity
