Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A child who was born at our center, is registered as a resident in Setagaya Ward, and will be five years old in the study year (between 4 years and 6 months to 5 years and 6 months of age). 1. The child is five years old (between 4 years and 6 months to 5 years and 6 months) and has consent from their legal representative. 2. The child was born at the National Center for Child Health and Development Hospital. 3. The family resided in Setagaya Ward, Tokyo at the time of birth. 4. The child is capable of communicating in Japanese.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. When the research subject's residence registration is outside Setagaya Ward at the time of the 5-year-old health check-up. 2. When it is difficult to visit the health check-up venue at our center due to physical or mental health conditions.
