Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients aged 15 with consent capacity, or aged 16-39 (2)Diagnosed with malignant tumors (3)Scheduled to start or currently undergoing drug therapy (4)Expected to visit the hospital for over 3 months (5)Owns a mobile device and can operate the app (6)Obtained written consent (under 18 also needs guardian consent)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Prognosis of less than 6 months (2)Currently attending psychiatric or psychosomatic departments (3)Difficulty reading or writing Japanese (4)Determined inappropriate for study participation by the researcher
