Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Infertility couples requiring assisted reproductive technology. 2) Indication for ICSI. 3) Obtain written consent of your own free will.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Cases in which progressive sperm cannot be confirmed. 2) Cases in which other sperm selection techniques (ZyMOT, IMSI, etc.) are performed. 3) Cases in which sperm collected by surgical methods (TESE/MESA, etc.) is used. 4) Cases in which the wife's age at the time of treatment plan is 43 years or older.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Development to Blastocyst rates on day 5~6 of culture.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Fertilization rate, Good-quality embryos on Day 3 rates(Veeck classification G1), Good-quality blastocyst rates(Gardner classification 3BB or higher), Clinical pregnancy rates, Implantation rates, Miscarriage rates.
