Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Nurses who are not currently employed full time 2.Gender No restriction 3.Individuals who have received sufficient explanation about this study, fully understand it, and have provided written consent of their own free will 4.Individuals who are able to participate in the program conducted at the university according to the research schedule 5.Individuals who are able to participate in the e learning program via PC or smartphone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals who have plans that prevent them from participating in the programs during the period from obtaining consent until the end of the study 2.Individuals whom the principal investigator or researchers deem unsuitable for participation in this study
