Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: [Patients] The inclusion criteria for patients are as follows: 1. Patients aged over 18 years with HPV-related (p16 positive) OPC, 2. Patients whose physician explains that their OPC is HPV-related (p16 positive) , 3. Patients who have been diagnosed with HPV-related (p16 positive) OPC for more than 1 year, [Physicians] The inclusion criteria for physicians are as follows: 1. Physicians experienced in the treatment of HPV-related (p16 positive) OPC in Japan, 2. Physicians qualified as head and neck cancer specialists or other cancer related experts.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: [Patients] The exclusion criteria for patients are as follows: 1. Patients with other malignancies (excluding superficial esophageal cancer), 2. Patients with a history of psychiatric disorders prior to OPC diagnosis, 3. Patients with a history of HPV vaccination [Physicians] 1. Physicians who do not meet the inclusion criteria are excluded.
