Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are members of the sarcoidosis patient association "Sarcoidosis Tomonokai" as of July 2024 (2) Patients who have a history of pulmonary sarcoidosis (3) Patients who fully understood the consent document and gave their own voluntary consent to participate in this study (4) Patients who returned the questionnaire to the survey company (5) Patients aged 18 years or older at the time of obtaining consent
