Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) Have no history of internal diseases and are not currently taking any medications. (ii) Have not eaten or drank anything other than water for at least one hour prior to the saliva measurement. (iii) After receiving a full explanation of the participation in this research, the subject of the research has given his/her free and voluntary written consent based on a sufficient understanding of the subject.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i) Those who could not obtain the consent of the individual. (ii) Those who do not have a sufficient understanding of Japanese and have difficulty understanding the contents of the consent form and exercise. (iii) Others whom the principal investigator deems inappropriate as research subjects.
