Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PD patients aged 20 and over who are receiving medical care at Keio University Hospital and affiliated research institutions, and their caregivers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who cannot maintain a sitting position Patients with severe cognitive impairment Patients restricted from exercising due to heart disease, respiratory or orthopaedic diseases Patients who cannot follow the instructions of healthcare professionals
