Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Men and women over 20 years old 2. Office workers who mainly perform VDT work 3. iPhone users (supported devices: iPhone X or later with TrueDepth camera, iOS 16 or later)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who had severe visual impairment 2. Those who cannot operate a smartphone
