Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Adults between the ages of 18 and 64 (2) Patients with a diagnosis of F32 depression according to the ICD disease classification (3) Patients who have never been hospitalized (4) Patients with a QIDS-J score of 10 (mild illness) or less before the study intervention and each interview (5) Patients who have not received medication psycho-education at day cares or other facilities (6) Those who have been evaluated and approved by their primary physician as physically and mentally fit to participate in the interview program of this study (7) Those who understand the purpose of the study and agree to cooperate with the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who are currently determined by a physician to be in a state of substance abuse or dependence (2) Those with depression caused by complications of physical illness such as cancer or cerebrovascular disease (3) Those who have difficulty communicating verbally in Japanese about medication and treatment in daily life.
