Measurement of post-illumination pupil response (PIPR): Red or blue LED light is presented for one to several tens of seconds to subjects who have adapted to the dark.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Persons who are between 18 and 60 years of age at the time of consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Persons with mental illness 2) Those with neurodegenerative diseases 3) Persons with abnormal color vision 4) Persons with a fear of the dark 5) Other subjects deemed inappropriate by the principal investigator.
