Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A case of extracorporeal circulation using an artificial heart-lung machine in cardiac surgery under general anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who fall under G3a (45 ml/min/1.73 m2) or lower from GFR category (ml/min/1.73 m2) in the CKD Clinical Practice Guidelines 2018 12) issued by the Japanese Society of Nephrology. Patients who undergo other surgical procedures or complex surgeries Patients undergoing emergency surgery When the subject or the subject's family refuses or withdraws consent. Other cases in which the principal investigator determines that the patient is inappropriate.
