Interventions

During the intervention period, Group A will use an E-CORE (organized plastic reticular structure) mattress and Group B a urethane mattress at bedtime for 28 days.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Men and women between the ages of 18 and 30 who are enrolled in Keishin dormitory during the period of the study. 2. Those who have given a full explanation of their participation in this study and have given their written consent of their own free will.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the research period 2. Others who the principal investigator determines to be ineligible to participate in the study.
