Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Aged less than 19 years on January 1 (index date) of each calendar year between 2007 and 2022 -Continuously enrolled in the database for at least 1 year (1 year old and older) or 1 month (under 1 year old) before the index date. Continuously enrolled in the database for at least 1 year after the index date

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There is no defined criteria for exclusion among those who meet the inclusion criteria.
