After agreeing to participate in the study, subjects will receive three online nursing consultations during a 3-6 month observation period.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients 18 years of age or older who are attending the hospital with ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease. 2. Patients who have given their consent to participate in this study 3. Patients who can use video calls.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients deemed ineligible by the attending physician 2. Patients who could not give consent to participate in the study
