Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Persons registered as monitors with the survey company Persons who are 20 years of age or older Those who mainly take their own child to medical facility when he/she was sick. Those who have taken their own child to a medical facility at least once within the past year. Those whose child is 14 years old or younger when taken to a medical facility.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The individual and any family member with a health care provider
