Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Persons who are between 20 and 79 years of age at the time of response. 2) Able to answer the questionnaire via the Internet.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with pre-existing medical conditions (cardiovascular, liver, endocrine, brain/neurological, psychiatric, etc.), taking therapeutic drugs, or having a history of such conditions that may affect the results of the study 2) Persons who are dependent on alcohol or who are found to be in the habit of excessive alcohol consumption 3) Those who have a habit of taking drugs or supplements that affect sleep. 4) Pregnant, lactating, or planning to become pregnant during the study period 5) Who are using an implantable medical device such as a pacemaker 6) Any other person who is deemed inappropriate by the principal investigator.
