Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Sepsis and septic shock patients who need crinical care at general intensive care unit ( GICU) in our institution. Define of sepsis: Infection diagnoted or suspected, with organ dysfunction with acute elevation of SOFA score over two points. Define of septic shock: Sepsis with high blood lactate acid above 2 mmol/L (18 mg/dL), and need vasocontractive drug in addition to fluid resuscitation to keep mean arterial blood bressure over 65 mmHg.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who are not gotten concented, not available to insert cathetel into bladder, not available to take urea, emergent and obvious critical life- threatning situation, and have any possiblity to effect this study.
