Patients exercise using application or brochure for 12 months For both patients in pre, post 6 month and 1 year, we examine questionnaires and physical performance. And all patients come outpatient cl

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. between 60 and 90 years old persons with untreated osteoporosis and without exercise habits 2. persons who meet the criteria of guidelines for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis 3. persons who have the YAM value between 70 and 80% with HbA1c >7.5%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.persons can not walk on both feet unaided 2.persons can not operate tablet 3.persons have HbA1c >10% in those with diabetes mellitus, proliferative retinopathy, heart failure, and coronary artery disease.
