Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who visited a collaborating institution (excluding JSCP) for self-harm or attempted suicide (including cardiopulmonary arrest on arrival at the hospital).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient unable to consent.
