Interventions
In the study, three groups will be trained: level walking (control), downhill walking, and downhill walking with skin cooling. Treadmills will be used for walking training, with a frequency of 3 times

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy adult men and women between the ages of 40 and 80
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cannot walk for about 30 minutes a day. Are prohibited from exercising by a physician. Have a leg or back disease that causes pain. Has respiratory disease such as asthma, emphysema, COPD, etc. Cardiovascular disease such as high blood pressure, angina pectoris, arrhythmia, etc.
