Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Half maximal Inhibitory Concentration(IC50%) of pancreatic caner cell growth when cell lines are treated with secretor factors from cancer associated fibroblast (CAF) stimulated by exosomes from pancreatic cancer cell lines of wild type, knockdown or overexpression of CD44v6.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
(1) miRNA of pancreatic cancer cells treated with secretor factors from CAF. (2) miRNA and the expression of proteins of CAF stimulated by exosomes from pancreatic cancer cell lines of wild type, knockdown or overexpression of CD44v6. (3) The ammount of serum CD44v6 exosomes before operation, after operation and at the recurrence.
