Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: partcipants who are mid-career nurses and have participated in the educational program and agree with the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: participants who did not agree to the study description

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The evaluation was based on the three areas of taxionomy of educational objectives regarding decision support, ethical issues, physical restraints, and communication necessary for dementia nursing.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Survey the structure of the educational progrum, the adequacy ofthe instructors, the practicability of the participants, and their overall satisfaction with the training using a 5 point questionnaire.
