Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Participants who can obtain written consent to participate in the research 2) Healthy males aged 20-30 years 3) Experienced with resistance exercise 4) Participants who can cooperate in the experiment process

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) No experience with resistance exercise 2) Injuried in past 6 months 3) Participants who has injury or illness that potentially affect the outcome of present study 4) Participants who take drugs on a daily basis Other participants that unsuitable for this research
