Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) At the time of obtaining consent, bring a prescription for a regular oral medicine that has been taken at least one type and has been taken for one year or more, and visits the station regularly (every 28 to 60 days). 2) Being a single department consultation 3) Do not store the internal medicines that are regularly used for disasters 4) I manage the medicine myself 5) Adults over 18 years old 6) Being able to participate in the exam for 6 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Dementia is known from drug history 2) Taking two or more antipsychotics 3) Taking nootropics 4) Taking regular medicines stored in a cold place 5) There is a reservation consultation 6) Poor medication compliance 7) When the principal investigator and the research coordinator judge that it is not appropriate to participate in this study
