Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female Athlete Eligibility criteria: 1) Energy intake 2000 kcal/d or less or 2) BMI less than 18.5 kg/m2, Weight loss of 5% to 10% in 1 month or Less than 8 menses in 12 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Primary amenorrhea 2. Multigravida 3. The gynecological diseases such as myoma, endometriosis, etc., and these need the treatment immediately. 4. Congenital, gastrointestinal, metabolic, feeding and eating disorders, and psychiatric disorders. 5. Lack of understanding of nutritional intervention 6. Lack of understanding of the pathology or the content of this study 7. Decision by the researcher that it is difficult to continue proceeding the protocol
