Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects are those who agreed to be in the core CC of the Chiba University School of Medicine in 2015 (100 subjects in total).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If consent cannot be obtained.

Measure	Time frame
During the second week of practice, one of the cases from Problem B will be used to conduct a medical interview to compare diagnostic accuracy, the number of interview items considered necessary for diagnosis, and the number of valid differential diseases for the purpose of evaluating clinical reasoning skills. In this case, Case A and Case B have the same chief complaint and treat different diseases.	—
