Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a healthy male or female 18 and 25 years old, have given consent. To be able to breathe through the nose.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have taken the AIC Manual Technique in the past. had a chest fracture in the past. taking any medicine.
