Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 20 or older at the time consent is obtained 2) Male or female resident in Japan 3) Inpatient or outpatient: outpatient 4) Patients who meet the criteria for chronic kidney disease 5) Urine protein level of 1 g/gCre or more for two consecutive urine tests at any time in an outpatient setting. 6) Independent in activities of daily living (ADL) (including walking with a cane) 7) Patients who can give written consent for participation of their own free will 8) Patients who understand and can perform the training on their own.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who cannot give their consent 2) Patients on dialysis or renal transplant patients 3) Patients with eGFR (Cre) less than 8 or requiring dialysis induction within 3 months 4) Medically unstable patients (uncontrolled hypertension (blood pressure > 180/100 mmHg), congestive heart failure, active myocarditis/pericarditis, arrhythmia, etc.) 5) Patients with impaired mobility due to mental and physical problems 6) Patients who have participated in a structured exercise program within the past 6 months 7) Patients taking steroids 8) Patients who are deemed unsuitable as subjects by the principal investigator (subinvestigator)
