Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients over 16 years old with disorders listed in "Health Condition(s) or Problem(s) Studied" beased on WHO classification or other diagnostic criteria. 2: Healthy individuals from students or doctors in Shinshu University as control. They should not be recruited forcibly.
