Inclusion criteria: Cancer trial participants of 20 years or older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Respondents who answered "don't know" or "other" about the progress of their cancer.

1) Basic attributes (age, sex, etc.). 2) Universal uncertainty in illness scale (UUIS, 5 point scale). 3) Japanese HADS (4 point scale). 4) the decision making for treatment (4 point scale). 5) satisfaction for selected cancer treatment(Three items regarding satisfaction with the selected treatment(4 point scale),One item on treatment options(7 point scale)). 6)Free description.	—
