Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for VATS anatomical lung segmentectomy Written, informed concent has been obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dence pleural adhesions History of ipsilateral anatomical lung resection Air leak intraoperative sealing test Blood loss over 200ml Underlying lung disease (emphysema, interstitial pneumonia, etc.) Air leaks from the end of surgery up to 4 hours Discharge over 300ml from the end of surgery up to 4 hours
