Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) a people in Haruna Zyoshi Gakuen 2) a people who agreed with this study 3) female and aged under 20

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) a people with highly sucidal tendency 2) a people with severe physicaly illness
