Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Japanese and over 20 2) Senile pigmented spots on the face 3) According to the doctor's instructions, you can continue to use the research item twice daily. 4) Agree with regular visits

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Received beauty (whitening) treatment within the last 3 months 2) Used whitening cosmetics within the last 3 months 3) In the past, external use of tranexamic acid caused dermatitis 4) Experienced dermatitis due to hair dye 5) Vitiligo 6) History of Vitiligo 7) Precancerous lesion, malignant tumor, or suspected 8) Hemorrhagic disease 9) Melasma 10) Taking a drug that has high photosensitivity or enhances photosensitivity. 11) History of rheumatism and history of oral administration of gold preparation 12) There is a gold thread in the laser irradiation area 13) There is a skin-colored/white tattoo on the laser-irradiated area. 14) Pregnant and possibly pregnant 15) Lactating 16) In addition the doctor determined that it was inappropriate
