Inclusion criteria: male, 20=< age <=39

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) > 5, MEQ (Morningness Eveningness Questionnaire) = 70, mental disease patient, eye disease patient, participants who need dental treatment
