Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients in Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, Kyorin University Hospital 2. Patients who never had atrial fibrillation before 3. Patients with AF risk score >=3 points 4. Adults who agreed to join this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, persistent atrial fibrillation, or long persistent atrial fibrillation. 2. Patients who underwent catheter or surgical ablation for atrial fibrillation. 3. Patients who principal investigator consider unsuitable for the study

1. Sensitivity, specificity, false positive rate, and false negative rate of atrial fibrillation detection by pulse wave monitoring 2. AF detection rate by conventional 12 lead ECG and AF detection ratet by pulse wave monitoring
