Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 65 years or older living in Kanagawa Prefecture Able to use a smartphone independently in daily life Able to give informed consent voluntarily after receiving sufficient explanation No prior use of the "Oshiruco" application (new users only) Not certified as requiring long-term care and without diagnosed psychiatric disorders, with independent activities of daily living

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with medical conditions that would interfere with participation in this study Individuals judged as inappropriate for participation by the principal investigator

The primary outcome is the change in the modified Makizako Social Frailty Index from baseline to 3 months.
