Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stroke patients admitted to the Hirosaki Stroke and Rehabilitation Center. the patients who can stand up by myself. Within 6 months of stroke onset. the patients who consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the patients who have significant heart disease which contraindicated for exercise,or have severe orthopedic disorders. the patients with cognitive problems (less than 24 points in theMini Mental State Examination-Japanese). Patients whose knees and hips are not fully extention while standing. Patients who can stand up less than 8 times in 30 seconds.
