Yogurt containing Bacillus subtilis Reuteri was taken once daily and continued for 3 months.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 65 years or older (at the time of registration) (2) Able to collect saliva and dental plaque from the oral cavity using a Saliva Kid, scaler, or interdental brush (3) Able to collect stool samples (4) Those who consume dairy products on a daily basis (5) Any gender (6) Persons who have given written consent to participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Persons with mucosal disease of the oral cavity or intestinal tract (2) Persons who have difficulty collecting saliva, dental plaque, or stool samples (3) Other persons whom the principal investigator or research coordinator determines to be difficult to participate in the research.
