Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients whose age is between 6 and 15 years old and who have been declared by their family members or themselves that they are allergic to penicillin.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with delayed language development or intellectual disabilities and have difficulty complaining of allergy symptoms. Patients who judged that they were at high risk of immediate allergic reaction, Stevens-Johnson syndrome or toxic epidermal necrolysis by risk assessment using the questionnaire.
