Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 29 years at the time of enrollment 2. Male or female 3. Japanese nationals proficient in the Japanese language 4. Currently employed individuals who earn a salary through labor, regardless of occupation or employment type (e.g., full-time, part-time, self-employed, business owner) 5. Have access to the internet via PC or smartphone 6. Have provided informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with visual impairments 2. Individuals currently participating in another clinical study 3. Individuals who are otherwise deemed unsuitable for study participation 4. Individuals whose average monthly working hours (excluding break times) are less than 119 hours
