Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Employees aged 20 and older working at companies in Aomori Prefecture. Individuals who fully understand the purpose and details of this study and have provided consent to participate. Individuals who have undergone a company-sponsored health checkup or an external health examination. Individuals willing to utilize their health screening results and participate in the health education and follow-up program.
