Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants who have already participated in the Tohoku Medical Megabank Organization ToMMo Generation 3 cohort and the National Survey on Child Health and the Environment are not included. 2. Age more than 7 years,less than 12 years old for ToMMo and 11-12 years old for Eco-Child 3. Those who obtained the written consent of the parents to participate in the study for ToMMo, those who obtained the written consent of the parents to participate in the study, and those who were able to inform the subject child for Eco-Child.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those for which the consent of the parent or the person concerned for participation in the study could not be obtained. (2) Those suffering from obvious renal disease at the time of enrollment
