Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients over 18 years old admitted to the ICU (2) Patients 5-14 days after bilateral brain-death lung transplantation (3) Patients with dyspnea NRS 3 or higher

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who could not give consent for this study (2) Patients with symptoms of trigeminal neuropathy in the face (e.g. trigeminal neuralgia in the face due to facial trauma, skull base tumor, cerebral infarction, brain tumor, etc.) trigeminal neuralgia, etc.) (3) Patients who cannot communicate in Japanese.
