Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who reside in Aomori prefecture and practice or participate in Rugby games on a daily basis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The participant with lower extremity injuries or complaints that make it difficult to perform training or assessments. The participant must have undergone lower limb surgery within the past year and have not yet returned to competition at the time of the study.
