Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The participants are frail elderly persons aged 65 or older residing in Takahata Town who have participated in Long-Term Care Prevention Projects.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were failure to assess life function at the beginning and at the end of the study.

| In this study, the following items will be examined in order to also investigate the relationship between each factor. Questionnaire and interview items: age, gender, height and weight, subjective sense of health (health status), history of falls, medical history, pain, subjective symptoms, Motor Fitness Scale (MFS), Nutritional Status Assessment Screening Mini Nutritional Assessment-Short Form (MNA-SF), ADL assessment, and the Modified Falls Efficacy Scale (MFES). Physical function assessment items: body composition, grip strength, knee extension muscle strength, time to stand on one leg with eyes open and closed, Functional Reach Test (FRT), long body forward bend, maximum walking speed, Timed Up and Go test (TUG) | — |
