Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Residents of Katsurao Village receiving comprehensive health checkups who gave their consent to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Residents who have not received medical examinations in the village will not be included in the study.

Design outcomes

Measure	Time frame
(1) Simple tabulation of the number of applicable respondents and basic attributes (age, gender, and place of residence) for each survey item was conducted. (2) Cross-tabulation of the survey items by place of residence (inside or outside the village) was conducted, and Chi-square test was performed.A value of p<0.05 is considered statistically significant. (3) Categorize the interview data into categories and extract concepts.	—
