Homo sapiens LED Lighting

Interventions

The inspection will be conducted in a room with general LED lighting and a room with natural LED lighting that imitates sunlight, each for one night and two days.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Japanese healthy persons over 40 years old (at the time of registration) with no previous medical history (2) Any gender (3) BMI: 18-25 kg/m2 (4) Living environment: not engaged in night work (5) Able to stay overnight for two nights on two occasions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with psychosis or psychiatric symptoms that make it difficult for them to participate in the study (2) Those who regularly take drugs, supplements, or other nutritional supplements that affect sleep. (3) Those who are not engaged in late-night work.
