Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 65 and over, undergoing surgery at Hirosaki University Hospital, who are expected to stay in the ICU for 2 days or more after surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who underwent cardiopulmonary bypass surgery, preoperative delirium patients, patients with cognitive impairment, patients with psychiatric disorders, alcoholics, opioid users, dialysis patients, Child Pugh class B or higher liver cirrhosis patients, Heart failure patients with NYHA 3 or higher, patients who refused to participate
